Fitness plateaued form always grey

Ive been training pretty consistently the last year, not nearly as much volume as I hoped since my time was limited the last few months.

I use TrainerRoad and followed it pretty consistently at about 6-8hrs/week, 400-500tss. 3 intensity days 1 endurance and sometimes able to squeeze in a shorter z2 midweek. I have my FTP set as the middle ground of what intervals.icu(236) estimates and TrainerRoad’s aiftp(252).

I noticed a couple others posted their chart and their forms was more in the optimal zone, whereas mine never seems to be. I am always in the grey zone. And my fitness never seems to get above 60.

Is my chart constantly in the grey because I’m over reporting my ftp in intervals? Like if I lowered ftp the chart would reflect more time in the green? And would the fitness be higher?
