When you arrive somewhere new, what's your eating style? Do you dive right into to the local sashimi made of unidentifiable sea monster? Or is it more like a nice safe avocado toast, hold the avocado (deathly allergic, also boycotting avocado* because Issues), hold the toast (because gluten), hold the egg (vegan)?
