After waiting several weeks for a response to a bug that vanished 2 of my items that then broke both my 2 set and 4 set bonuses, I then bought 10 caches and didn’t receive the guaranteed A+ item.

After all that, the resolution offered is 300 credits, which isn’t even enough to buy two caches, never mind covering the missing level 50 items that haven't been restored.

Am I overreacting here, or does that feel like being palmed off? Because from my point of view, I’ve waited patiently, spent resources, missed out on the promised rewards, and the compensation doesn’t come close to matching what was lost.

This respond was from the "dedicated team" that my ticket had to be escalated to.
