Movie where teen goes around destroying loan records in bankers
I am trying to remember a movie where a teen or young man goes around destroying bank records. I remember it starting with him in the bathtub narrating his thoughts.
It then progresses to him starting his bank tour, trying to make his way to Canada or Mexico. The scenes were urban and he may have been travelling with his girlfriend.
There's a detective trying to catch him and is always one step behind until he catches up to the kid at a highschool sports field where the kid is sitting in the bleachers with an Uzi or similar gun. The detective tries to get the teen to drop his gun but instead the teen moves like he is going to shoot, causing law enforcement to kill him.
The movie finally ends with the teen still in the bath, narrating again.
