Any viable options to withdraw upwork funds beside Wise?

I'm a full time freelancer on upwork. And the only valid payment method for me now is Wise, especially that it offers a US based bank account which you can use to withdraw directly with no fees. Yesterday, I had Wise block an incoming payment from upwork and was promptly asked to provide an annual revenue proof which I did. Today I woke up to my account being restricted with an upcoming ban in September. I have filed an appeal which felt in vain given the language used by the platform saying ''the decision is most likely final''. Now mind you, upwork is my only source of payment on Wise, so it was weird being accused of violating the Customer Agreement.

I quickly started looking into other options, and was harshly faced with the restrictions being Algerian poses. Almost all FinTech companies that offer US bank accounts have restrictions on Algeria (Elevate, Revolut, Dukascopy...), PayPal withdrawals to Redotpay have been discontinued recently. The only option is withdrawing funds to a local bank, which takes about seven business days as well as a $50 fee.

The only sliver of hope I ran into earlier was a company called Grey whose ads are all over social media (which I'm being bombarded by now if course), being promoted by Egyptian and Moroccan content creators. Seems like it offers a US bank account as well as a USDC account. Has anyone tried it here?

My main question is if there are any other options to withdraw funds with as minimal fees as possible for someone whose only experience has been with Payoneer (highly unrecommended) and Wise.
