We are planning a spending a year or so in Playa and are currently trying to get an understanding on the cost of apartment rentals and I’d really appreciate your help.
We are not coming to Playa for the beach and fully understand the sargasm issue right now but with that said here’s the questions
We have a great budget and are therefore considering renting in PlayaCar but is that being impacted by the smell of the sargasm??
If PlayaCar is being impacted then which areas or ideally buildings would you consider if cost wasnt the driving factor?
We are looking for a spacious 2 bed apartment (or 1 bed + office) in a nice building with a good gym and pool and maybe coworking space.
It seems our budget can get us into most places but I really don’t want to be breathing stagnant sargasm air every day.
Any suggestions or recommendations would be much appreciated.

Hi All. I usually just air bnb for a month at a time but from what I’m hearing finding a nicer apartment for a 1 month rent is actually quite easy in Antalya through local agents.
I’ve never taken this approach so I’m a little cautious. Thinking about arriving to a pre booked week in an air bnb then trying to find a nice place for a month through an agent.
I have a decent budget and want to rent something nice and I’m simply not finding it on air bnb.
