Theres this book my dad had when i was little, and it was a book from when either he or my older siblings were also little. He was born in 64, and my older siblings were born 99 and 01. Had to have been a pree 2008 published book. It was about some kind of small rodent, maybe a shrew or something, that lived in like a stream or maybe a river? And it played a string instrument. I feel like it was a bango or maybe a mandolin. The art is very similar in coloring style to like if you give a mouse a cookie. I dont have any pictures, but i really wanna get this book for my sister (shes having twins soonish)
