Updating Subreddit icon and banner appears blank (All platforms)

Basically the title. tried updating my subs icon and banner, only for it to appear blank. Why? and what can i do to make it not blank?

Flair is incorrect, there isnt one for subreddits

Haven't glued it down yet. I think it's cool and also looks out of place? How could I improve it
