17M, is this much scalp visibility when wet,shampooed and conditioned hair not normal?

I had just double shampooed my hair and used conditioner and my hair is wet in this pic. Im shedding hairs rn, i have flakes on my scalp possibly sebarrhoic dermatitis. It would be kind if you help me and not make fun.
