[0 YoE] Any advice on tailoring my resume with no formal experience in the EE industry would be much appreciated.
I am targetting any entry level EE and even technician positions at this point. However, my main focus is Utilities since I concentrated in Power. I am located in Long Beach, CA and have been applying to jobs in the Southern California region. I am thinking about looking into applying out of state and am willing to relocate. I went back to school for EE in my 30's and have currently been working in the healthcare sector. So far I have had 3 call backs which led to two interviews. I fumbled an easy question with one and the second interview seemed to go well, however even after attending an HR briefing and sending a follow up email I have not heard back from them. I feel like I'm at a loss as to how to tailor my resume when I have only academic and recreational experience.
