Hey folks,

My mother has been suffering from nerve problems for a very long time now. We have visited many doctors locally but nothing is helping much.

I feel like it's high time I find a good neurologist and take her for a checkup.

If anyone has personally visited any neurologist and found his/her diagnosis to be appropriate and not just medication heavy, then please recommend. It will really be a great help.

Hi folks,

I have ~2.8 YOE in the backend dev(Java tech stack) in a WITCH company.

I have been trying for a switch to a PBC and have been applying for the last 3 months. Now recently I have started getting calls from the recruiters through LinkedIn & Naukari.

The recruiter calls, we discuss the job role, relocation & how my experience suits that opening.. everything goes well until they ask my notice period, the moment I mention 90 Days NP; they almost lose interest and drop the call.

I even try to convince them that it is negotiable and I can get an early release within 45 Days but no luck.

I even lied to one recruiter that I am serving notice but then she asked for the release letter from my current org.

How should I tackle this? Have you ever been in this situation? How do you come out of this?

Or should I resign without any offers?

Please help!
