Getting Old, ToS violated reviews removed
I was wondering what your strategies or success rate was for getting reviews that seem to violate terms of service, but continue to sit on the GBP. Especially if they are older? I have a client who has some older reviews (6 months +) that seemingly violate ToS and would love to get them taken down to bump up overall ratings.
