Post Automation Society Policy Reform

Automation will bring many benefits, but will also disrupt the current flow of commerce.

Here are a few policy changes that can help ease the transition to a post automated work society:

  • Retirement age lowered to 40. Benefits kick in with 10 years minimum work contribution
  • Tax free 401k access at 40 (Roth or Traditional not taxed)
  • Free healthcare decoupled from employment
  • Free education (college, bachelors, etc)
  • Mandatory 529 plan for every child born (taken out of every paycheck for any child/underage dependent of yours from birth)
