The movie basically starts with a couple having an argument in the car and at some point they crash. (the protagonist is black if i'm not mistaken)

The ambulance and firefighter arrives to save them but only the husband survived whilst the wife didn't.

Its later revealed one of the responders who helped , killed the wife for some reason.

The firefighter/paramedic had a mustache i think.

I thought it was clive owen , but its not him.
