Arrived at Lisbon airport at 6:15 for a 10am flight. Made it through security at 6:35, walked straight to passport control and got through at 6:50. There was a line to check luggage, I would suggest anyone considering travel to not check anything, will speed your time to board considerably.

Hope this helps someone I found these useful as I was preparing to leave Portugal, good luck out there!

Edit: Airport got considerably busier at 7:30am, we hung out at the passport control exit and while I couldn’t see the line, the stream of people really picked up around that time.
