Salmon Fillet Beige Patch
I don't usually buy full salmon fillets, is this sort of beige discoloration near the tail normal? The expiration date says it should still be good for two more days.
Edit: Is this just what the fat line looks like since it's so close to the tail? I'm used to seeing it on the side of the skin, but it does seem like a similar color.
