Looking for investment advice and strategies

I'm 38 years old and have 3k to invest a month. I started investing at 30 and was only doing dividend stocks but I'm starting to think I need to be more in stock growth until I'm closer to retirement than just going HAM on dividends. What's your guys take ?

I figured if I went the below route then I would be more equipped. When I get a few years out from retirement I could adjust the strategy to be more dividend driven.

50% VTI

20% VUG

20% QQQ

10% O

I'm still learning a lot and piecing it together so any input you have is appreciated. I'm just looking to have financial independence and retire someday in the next 20 years or less. Any advice, input, strategies, is appreciated. TY

2k has gotten out of hand

There's too much stuff, badges, attributes, places to go, things you have to do, storyline, mycourt, street stuff, etc etc. Why can't it just be a game that's easy to navigate and just play without having so many different menus and craziness. Just get in the NBA, play, and build your guys attributes. This is maybe an unpopular opinion but I think it's unplayable cause I barely know what to do or where to go
