I bought a premium weekend pass to the Vegas convention, along with a few items available for sale. I ordered a tshirt, and they sent a zip up hoodie. I don’t want a hoodie, I want the tshirt I ordered. Simple.

I emailed them no less than four exchanges in which they told me the only way to exchange the item was to 1. Bring it to Vegas and the 2.
Exchange it in the official merch store. The would not guarantee the shirt would even be available.

So I do that, packing the hoodie and waiting in line FOR FOUR HOURS, only to be refused the exchange…then having to carry it for the rest of the day and pack it for the flight back home.

Three more email exchanges later and “it’s in management’s hands.”
