Looking for workout advice (M22, 5’9, 150lbs)
I used to work out in 2022-2023 but never really had a strict plan that was consistent, I definitely had the build where it was visible that I was physically active, but a lot of personal stuff took place in 2024/2025 that just drifted me away from that lifestyle, which Is why I am trying to get back into working out. Back in 2023 (before stopping), it was quite hard for me to reach my current weight (150lbs) as I had quite a fast metabolism, but these last two years I believe it slowed down so I was able to get to 150 which I was told was a good weight (for my height) to start going to the gym. Only issue is that I mostly did home workouts back in 2022/2023, and this time I am planning to have a set out plan for consistency unlike before. Once I have enough disposable income Ill get myself a gym membership, but for the time being I used my disposable income for protein/meal plan groceries/creatine while doing home workouts. My general goal is to look lean like before, reduce face puffiness (im not chubby but my face definitely isnt slim like before), while also building muscle. Any good workout plans I can do at home that can help target this for the time being? And any workout plans for when I get my membership? Never been quite the fan of going to the gym because I like the comfort of working out alone, but Im willing to get out of that comfort for best results, I just dont want to look stupid not knowing what Im doing for when I do get that membership. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
