£2k budget best buy (uk)

Hey

In the market for a treadmill, I've used cheap ones before and so refuse to buy one, even though my usual stance would be buy cheap then buy better once committed. So I'm ignoring my own generic advice here. Read a bunch of online reviews most point towards the Nordic, then read a bunch of reddit reviews that basically said they were sh*t. I'd like something that still works in 2 years

Have max 2k budget, in the UK.

Usage: Mrs needs to walk daily due to health issues but for reasons doing so outside is not always possible. I'd also like to stop being a lazy bugger and do more exercise (I typically love the treadmill at the gym but rarely go due to work/life stuff)

Functionality : I like the idea of apps and smart functionality. She specifically doesn't like it. I'll happily not have it and use an app, so smart functionality isn't a requirement.

I think incline/decline stuff is a must for variety.

Foldable is a nice to have but it's a single use space so doesn't matter.

Simple UI would be good.

Space:

It's a spare room nothing in it, say 3m x 2.5m

Thoughts?

TLDR: give me <£2k treadmills recommendations that last
