We're DutyKaro (dutykaro.com) — a SaaS platform where gig workers find verified jobs events Helpers , exams Helpers and agencies manage their entire workforce with QR attendance + instant PhonePe payouts.
We're at an early but real stage agencies live in Bangalore, and product is working.
Now we need people who can help us grow.
🔍 Who we're looking for:
→ Marketing person — someone who actually understands ground-level India. Events, exam centre staffing, college fests, corporate events. You know how to reach workers and agencies.
→ Sales person — you can walk into a staffing agency in Bangalore and walk out with a signed deal. Commission + equity conversation for the right person.
This is NOT a 9-to-5. It's a "let's build something real together" situation.
