IWTL first time home buyer

My goal by the end of the year is to move out of my current place and possibly into a duplex or triplex where I can cut my costs of living down at the same time make my first real estate investment. Are there any tips on where to start? Where can I learn as much as possible to make an educated investment by the end of the year?

Looking for honest advice

My shop is now about one month old and every day I’ve spent my free time just adding to it little by little. I sell hard hat stickers for electricians like myself. Ive gotten views on my shop here or there and I’ve received three favorites so far! I have 17 listings now. But I need some help..

  1. How can I convert these views and favorites into an actual order?

  2. What is the biggest way I can improve my shop in order to start getting some traction?

  3. I feel like my POD provider isn’t the best shipping wise but it is also the best option for me right now, even though my margins aren’t high at all. What can I be doing to provide better pricing and service to potential customers but also have enough margin for myself?

I created this shop because of an idea I came up with at work. I am an electrician and everyone wears stickers on their hardhat, people have all sorts of funny ones but I had a lot of ideas that came easily and wanted to bring them to life. When doing research about building an Etsy shop a lot of people advised to find a niche and I was excited to already have one. Although there are already shops dedicated to hardhat stickers I know I could stand out and build a solid brand within the niche. A lot of the ideas I’ve been having I haven’t really seen before a lot of stickers are generally all the same when I’ve researched other competitors.

One month in and searching for advice

I opened my shop about a month ago and have been working on it day by day. I’ve gotten up to 17 listings of different designs I’ve made. Here’s my first month stats. What should I be doing to improve myself? How can I start converting these views to sales. Granted most of them are probably just me viewing it from mobile haha. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Selling my truck advice.

I have a truck that I’m currently making payments on about $700 a month. I owe 21.4k on it still. The dealership just offered me 25k for it. I have a little beater car but I don’t have the title for it currently and am in the process of doing a bond title for it but that process could take a while. I need advice though. Should I sell my truck, the offer is extended until tomorrow. I don’t know what to do all I know is I desperately want to get out of a monthly car payment.
