How does ceedes app work can any one explain me?.

I contacted the admin of he sent me the details of the course and after that he was unresponsive. So i looked into app it shows to buy the package and im fine,but after buying the package what about the post admission process and about adding whatsapp or telegram group whatever and about the hard copy notes how they will send me those. Its for the online course zenith pro 2027.

And so the admin guys have too much attitude,they dont even have the courtesy to reply for the calls and messages.
