My hairstylist charges me $250 for root touch up and a trim, is this reasonable?

I have been going to the same woman since she worked for a salon and had very reasonable prices. I used to get my hair double processed for $180 and my usual trim. I followed her when she became an independent stylist who rents a chair in a salon and sets her own prices. Partly because she told me once the salon wouldn’t be taking cuts of her work, her prices would go down, but it’s actually been quite the opposite steadily increasing.

I get my hair done every 6-8 weeks, and she usually charges me around $220-250 whether I get one all over color or just a root touch up and a trim. I have dark brown hair and this is mostly just for minor gray coverage I just have a few here and there.

If I do only roots she uses one bowl of product, if it’s all over she uses two bowls I do have fairly thick (but straight) hair.

She does a good job, but in my area I’m seeing that roots solely should go for $50-100 so I’m feeling taken advantage of. Just wanting some input from other stylists.
