Instagram Video Sound Problem
I'm using a Samsung phone and on instagram, I can view reels, posts, stories with sound but when it comes to videos sent in dms (the ones that you can replay once or twice) I can't hear anything.
I for some reason CANNOT get audio, everything else works perfectly audio wise, its only the videos sent in dms, the ones that are kept in chat also have this issue, media sent from camera roll work fine tho, only videos recorded on instagram in my dms dont seem to work, it isnt an account issue as this issue is solved with instagram lite but i dont really wish to use instagram lite, Is there a fix for this somehow? theres no settings, i cleared cache, cleared data, reinstalled the app, tried using my volume button to see if it triggers anything, checked a bunch of system settings to see if its an issue, nothing seems to fix this.
