Hey 👋 guys!

First time posting, been lurking for quite some time.

I wanted to post my progress so far into my weight loss/ health journey.

Originally started with 230lbs in Feb. I started Reta at 1mg /week. After 3weeks I went to 2mg/week. And the. Weeks 7-12 I did 3mg/week.

I was also doing 1800cals, 175g carbs, 50g fats and 170g protein. I did this for 12 weeks. I lost 25lbs.

Workout 5 days a week and I do zone 2 cardio 20-30mins everyday.

Fast forward to today. I have changed my routine.

These are my research protocols and do not advise anyone on what I’m doing.

100DHB
600mg L-Carnitine on workout days

Reta 8mg/week (split 4mg twice a week)
8mg KLOW nightly
2mg Tesamorelin nightly

Macros: ~2500cal
260g carbs
60g fat
250g protein

Not much more to say, scale has stalled at 200lbs, but my waist has dropped from starting at 43” and I’m at 36” waist (around navel). I still have lots of work to do, but happy so far where I am.

I’d like to get down to 175 -185 lean
