Using Knowledgebase as a source for Copilot in D365 CS

I've been trying to enable our Knowledge base as a source of knowledge for Copilot in the "Admin center for Copilot Service" app

I got it going in our Dev environment which has around 300 articles while our Prod env has around 1000 articles. This message (red square) that claims it's being configured has been going on since friday.

The settings is the same in both Dev and Prod, in every conceivable way.
Dev find the articles within 20 min.

I've made sure that filters apply, which they do, latest version is yes and they're published.
I've looked through every setting known to man to make sure Dev and Prod are the same.
I've looked in system jobs if anything is "stuck" but no.

Ignore the translations, the native UI is not in English.

I've created a ticket with MS but I thought I'd try my luck here aswell.
