Both Thumb nails have the same mark in the same place which I have read means it's something that's happened internally
Note you would expect that the flake of nail would be in the direction that you could pull it down towards the cuticle but no you would have to scrape up from the cuticle towards the nail tip to get it off not that I would dream of doing that.
any ideas what this might be linked to?

Maybe it's not related but I have also started experiencing cramps in my hands, feet and legs when my period is due .. I am 41 years old
