black winter rails in my ltd f-50 (tried my hardest now i need help from a trusted adult)

title says it all, i've tried all i can do to research this stuff but i cant seem to get it wired correctly. got sound at one point but gain was low. pickups are brand new they should work fine by all means. looking to wire them in parallel, i'd greatly appreciate any help!!!
