Im so fucking stupid.
hrt(not even normal one but ethinylestradiol so way riskier than normal one that i couldnt get rn because of regulations) made me an emotional mess. i couldnt stop crying and that felt like the only thing that could help. it only added another thing to worry about. im stupid.
