already done a tierlist about my thoughts on each character from a variety of different standpoints, but now I wanted to make one solely from my OWN personal likings

I was looking through this iceberg chart posted a while back, and this particular entry stood out to me. not only was this kind of a crazy controversy, especially considering that it was very blatant usage of the unforms, but this was a completely new group for me. however, I have found practically nothing on them. no Google search, no streaming (or even bootleg YouTube upload), no reverse image search, and not even NamuWiki had anything on them. AFAIK this seems to be the only recognition of their existence at all on the Internet. can anybody help me out and provide me with the smallest bit of information about something that's been at the back of my head for weeks???
