Hope this post is not stupid or in the wrong sub.
I saw recently that Java now allows the same multiplayer in singleplayer worlds, similar to bedrock.
Before I get my friend to purchase Minecraft, does it work with modded minecraft?
e.g playing a modded minecraft world and your friend can join without Essentials or a server?
