Help. Audio Issues

Hey, recently, a friend came with me for help on his laptop, a Dell Inspiron 15 3000, it has no audio at all, speakers "not connected", neither the integrated microphone, both appear as not connected or "not Audio device installed".

I checked the drivers, reinstalled Windows, and took it apart to see if the speakers were unplugged from the motherboard, they seem fine at that part, but, they seem like they were treated a bit harshly before, some of the screw holes of the bottoms cover are broken, and some of those are located like between the speakers, so I'm assuming the speakers were treated hardly for that reason. But, is that the reason for no device appearing for neither audio in and out? Also, the 3.5mm headphone jack doesn't work too, could the speakers be the reason for all those problems?

[Xbox One S] E200 Error

Hey, recently I tried to play on my Xbox One S while my brother was using the Series X.

When I turned it on, it didn't display image for like a solid 5 minutes, then, it was stuck on the Green screen with the Xbox logo for like 20min, after that, it put me in the "Something went wrong" Screen, and it gave me the "E200" Error, tried to restart it, tried to reset it with and without games, and tried to updated it offline via USB flash with the OSU1 files provided by MS and Xbox, the last one kinda work, but after restarting and connecting the controller, within 30s to 1min, the Xbox will turned off itself and no turned on back itself, until I pressed the button again, and then put me again on the "Something went Wrong" screen, and it would that again if I do again the offline update.

Is my HDD dead? Or it could be something else?

Edit + Update: I persisted on the offline update, it worked, I'm testing if everything is fine, I'm installing my games and gonna test if restarting the console will stay fine too
