I belive it was a mobile game? In the game

you play as different fluids crossing a level with Dynamic events like trying to get into a space shuttle in 0 G and obstacles like things that make your fluid get evaporated. You could also add things to your fluid and sometimes played as syrup or lab chemicals or plain watter. It had a 2.5 D perspective.
