Suddenly, I started getting the problem from the title. On my phone, which is connected to the same network, everything works perfectly fine.

OS: Windows 10 2004
What I've tried to do:

• reboot the PC
• try a well-trusted (ig) public VPN service instead of a private one
• netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /flushdns
