Hi update on my previous post i fixed the wallhole and now i have to texture and paint should i use orange peel texture ? And when doing the texture should i go easy ? Should i stick to the area i have to texture and not touch the rest ?

Should i ask the landlord company for maintenance or can i fix this my self (without signs of repairs done )? Either way how much would it cost ?
