Need advice on FACEIT smurfing ban (shared household PC)
I got permanently banned on FACEIT for smurfing / multi-account.
I live with my brother and we share one PC, but we each have separate FACEIT accounts and never use each other’s accounts.
I have never created or used any other FACEIT account myself.
I already appealed through support and explained this, but I’m not sure if this type of case ever gets reversed.
Has anyone had a similar situation and actually got unbanned?
