Rajasthan Trip in July 2nd week

Guys, I am planning a trip to Rajasthan in July and I spoke to this trip organiser and he laughed at me. He said that I'm too dumb to come to Rajasthan in July and it will be unbearably hot and not a pleasant time. Is it true?? Should I change my mind!!! Any idea!!!
