What’s wrong with my yew?

Every day it seems, if has more and more yellowing and browning. They’re only across a small yard from each other. It’s not in a waterlogged area, and as you can see, the other is thriving. It’s been fertilized as well, and no improvement, just slowly declining for the past year or more. Only difference is this one is where all the birds hang out? Don’t know if that’s the cause or if they hang out in this tree because it’s sparse, so easy to fly in and out.

TL; DR I need a gentle, patient dentist who offers sedation dentistry on the south side (preferably South Loop).

I haven’t been able to find a gentle dentist since I moved here. The first one advertised sedation dentistry on their website and as soon as I needed a filling, they were like “we don’t have laughing gas.” The second one I went to does, but it’s really expensive at their office. And to make matters worse, I have gone through multiple hygienists and they are all ROUGH. I’ve never had trouble at a cleaning (just fillings) until this office. I like the dentist all right, but not the hygienists. And moreover, I called the get my Xanax prescription from them last time and they were like the dentist you normally see if out of town for another 2.5 weeks, so we can’t get it for you. I asked them to have another dentist fill it and they refused since I hadn’t seen him. So I had to go to that appointment without Xanax. And before you go off on me for that, never in my life until I started going to this dentist did I need Xanax for a routine cleaning. They cause so much anxiety for me because they’re constantly hitting my gums. Anyway, who LOVES their sedation dentist? No farther north than South Loop please!
