I am confused, as sometimes people pronounce it like a Y sound and sometimes it sounds like a single L

I always been curious about this because people seem really split on it. Some say mornings feel fresh and productive while others say nights are when they feel most relaxed and creative

What about you, are you more of a morning person or a night person and what makes you prefer it?
