I’m with PC and wondering if anyone has gotten their money with them yet?

It got pushed back to may 12th now so I’m confused if anyone else is having this issue it’s just staying on funding is on the way.

I got my COE Friday, it was processed on the website but it says it’s down till Tuesday and I have not updates on the federal website it has not been given on that side yet so am I waiting till like Friday since Tuesday website up?
