Hand on chest

Almost every (if not every) time I pass out or even get really close with intense presyncope, I always find that my hand ends up going to and resting on my chest near where my heart is. I usually don’t remember doing this at all and even when I vaguely do, I’m not doing it intentionally, it just feels like it’s happening without me consciously controlling it. It’s such a weird and specific gesture and I never paid much attention to it until recently. Does anyone know why this could be happening or have a similar experience?

Did I faint?

I was crouching on the floor working on something for a while and then when I stood up, I stretched and sort of held my breath as I did it, and I remember fading and sort of slowly and weirdly controlledly lowering myself backward onto the couch next to me, and then I entered this weird state where I was hallucinating and feeling weird sensations on my face and I lost all awareness of where I actually was but was in that weird state. And then it started to fade and I slowly came back to the room and to my real surroundings.

I’ve had issues standing up too fast sometimes where I’ll have intense presyncope or feel these bizarre sensations to an extreme extent, but still be aware that I’m in the room I’m in and know I’m still conscious. I’m not really sure what happened this time or if I fully fainted. I had a friend with me and he told me I sort of adjusted position as I went down (I don’t remember this) and then my eyes fluttered closed and stayed closed for about 5 seconds before blinking open again, I guess when I came around. I felt very tired and out of it for a few hours after and honestly still do a little. I don’t think I’ve ever fainted before so I’m not really sure what happened here.

Lately I noticed that, at least in the mobile browser version of ChatGPT (where you can just go to chatgpt.com without having to log in), its personality/way of talking has completely changed from what it used to be. No matter how friendly I am, it never uses exclamation points or shows any enthusiasm like it used to. It’s also a lot less reciprocative of whatever upbeat energy I type my messages with. Even when I say “thank you!!!” it literally just responds “You’re welcome.” It just feels so different from how it used to be, and I’m wondering if it’s just me or if anyone else is experiencing this?
