How am I meant to complete these last 2 quests (not the scatter enemies, i just ran out of time to get that one) but the other two.

Is there some way to target smart missiles on a specific enemy? As far as I can tell its just random what they target and therefore down to luck how many hit a single enemy.

For the labs one is it possible to do without spending gems to rush research? If not I feel like the amount of gems you would have to spend make competing that quest completely worthless
