What are my odds?
I’ve applied to every airline that’s had open applications since the end of April, received some rejections right off the bat without any interviews like from PSA, Envoy, Endeavor, and Breeze. I wasn’t feeling too discouraged until I received a TBNT from SkyWest today after my F2F. Now I’m starting to think that my qualifications aren’t up to standard for this job even though I meet all the requirements.
I’m 21 and I don’t have a college degree but some college credits. My most recent employment was a serving job for 1.5 years, and then some short term insignificant jobs all while I was a full time college or high school student with gaps in between.
SkyWest was the furthest I had gotten in any interview process so far and I was feeling really good about my F2F but I was disappointed when I received my TBNT. I’m still in consideration for United and Frontier and have completed the ODVI for them but have yet to hear back.
