My best friend is currently in a haram relationship. She reverted to Islam years ago, and she actually has a lot of knowledge, so it’s not that she isn’t aware or anything. She recently met a nice man who is also a good Muslim, but they remain in haram contact. I keep seeing it get worse and worse in front of my eyes. It started with texting, then calling, then meeting up one-on-one, etc.
I feel like the man is misusing the fact that she is a revert with no Muslim family. I have had countless conversations with her, saying things like, “Please make a group chat so you don’t text one-on-one,” but nothing really seems to stick. In my country, the mosques aren’t very helpful when it comes to these kinds of problems or marriage in general.
I really just want to help her, but I don’t know how anymore.
Btw its not really a matter of that she doesn’t have the knowledge I feel like it’s more that she finally found someone after years of searching and might not wanna lose him? Or maybe she feels a bit afraid to set proper boundaries? For the guy I dont know him so I can’t say why he does what he does.

My question, therefore, is: does anyone know any Quran verses that I can share that might show the impact of haram relationships, or maybe a different piece of advice or approach?
