I got 158/200 in Net 3. I followed these steps. Maybe they'd be helpful for you too!

1- I thought of chapters I was weak at and decided which ones I shouldn't spend time on because in the long run I wouldn't be able to recall them. I only did the what I could from those.
These chapters include: Kingdom Plantae and the environmental chapters at the end of 2nd year book (Biology) and the Inorganic Chemistry at chapters at the beginning of the 2nd year book.
2- Make sure to solve the exercises from the books because some mcqs might get repeated from there or be conceptually similar.
3-Memorize the tables, dates and scientists in Biology too because they ask the most random stuff. For the mineral% and the bacterial vs mammalian cell you should be able to recall the % because they might ask you about collective %
e.g the % of H2O and Carb in mammalian cell is?
4-I've given only Net 2 and 3 and from what I've noticed, they don't really ask Qs about processes's steps but mainly recall stuff.
5- I found Qs related to mutation to be common
6- For English I just revised what I already knew. I also solved the Nustrive free English papers that were uploaded to their website.
7- I didn't really practice MCQs of Bio and Chem. Instead I used that time to revise what I had already learnt because if you're able to recall well, you won't have a problem with the mcqs.
8- Pay special attention to Animalia, Fungi, Monera and Protista.

Additional Tips:
1- Each day before you begin your study session, make sure to spare an hour for revising previously learnt Qs to be able to retain them in the long run. After you've learnt something, make sure to revise it on the next day, the day after that and the 7th day.
2- Don't think about other subjects while studying one. focus on the one subject you're doing at the moment.
3- Don't panic from the amount of course or questioning your capabilities. Everytime I'd spiral, I'd think to myself "Don't choke." It worked everytime.
4- Everyday the amount of time you can pay attention without getting distracted varies. So I'd suggest getting a timer and hitting pause as soon as you start to get distracted. Then after a one min break or longer based on the amount of time you were able to focus, resume again and study for that amount of time.

Tips for Attempting the Test:
1- Attempt the subject you're most confident in first, followed by the rest. I did Eng-->Bio-->Chem.
2- Mark for review any Qs you're not so confident in or those that need to be solved and think them over at the end. I was done with the mcqs I was confident in by 3pm. Then I had 2hrs to solve the for review ones. There were almost a 100 of those lol.
