I have my test tomorrow and something came up on one of my lessons which I wasn’t sure how to deal with and I felt like my instructor didn’t explain it clearly.

I was on a dual carriageway and there was someone hogging the overtaking lane. I did not want to undertake, but I was only going around 50.

This might seem like an obvious question, but should I move into the overtaking lane and hope they move out or should I just continue at the same speed? for this exact situation, It is also important to mention that there was a roundabout coming up, but it was a significant distance away for the driver to have moved into the right lane.
