I had sex recently for the first time and I didn't enjoy it at all because I just felt in my stomach like I was going to throw up the whole time. I wanted to stop but didn't want to make it awkward so I just kind of powered through it, but I'm worried that I'm never going to not feel sick when I'm being intimate.

It felt like when your stomach drops on a rollercoaster, but it never came back up again and I just felt nauseous from the second we kissed (was also my first kiss btw, we didn't take it slow because I was kind of just desperate to lose my virginity lmao).

Is this a normal thing that anyone else experiences? Does it ever go away? Should I seek medical help or just never have sex again?
