Sharing a tool I made — turns your Android phone into an OBS controller over Wi-Fi/USB

I've been working on a side project that I thought this community might find useful. It's an Android app that lets you use your phone as a controller for your PC — switch OBS scenes, trigger hotkeys, launch apps, control media, etc. It connects over Wi-Fi or USB with a small companion app running on your desktop.

I'm currently in the Google Play closed testing phase and could use some feedback from people who actually use OBS daily. If you're interested in trying it out and giving honest feedback, I'd really appreciate it. Testers who stick with it through the 14-day test period get to keep the app for free.

You'd need an Android phone (7.0+), a Windows PC, and a Wi-Fi or USB connection between them.

More details and sign-up here if you're curious: https://nova-dev-studios.com/beta.html

Would love to hear thoughts or suggestions from this community either way.

Hey everyone! I'm a solo developer and just finished building NovaDeck — an Android app that turns your phone into a customizable streaming control deck.

**What it does:**

- Customizable 4, 8, or 12-button grid layouts

- Built-in 6-channel audio mixer

- Hotkey, media control, and app launch actions

- Connects to your PC over Wi-Fi or USB

- Works alongside OBS, Streamlabs, and any streaming software

- Lightweight Windows companion app

Think of it as a $4.99 one-time purchase alternative to $150+ hardware controllers or $3/month subscription apps.

**Why I need testers:**

Google Play now requires 12 testers for 14 days before a new app can go live on the store. I just need people willing to install it and try it out. You'd be getting the app for free during the testing period.

**What I need from you:**

  1. Drop your Gmail address in the comments or DM me

  2. I'll add you to the closed test

  3. You'll get a link to install the app from Google Play

  4. Just install it and try it out — feedback is welcome but not required

Thanks in advance!
