For those who managed to stop, how did you do it?

I have a friend who self harms a lot and aside from cuts she also tries to strangle herself etc. She even did this in school a few times which ended up in her being sent to the hospital and basically isolated without her phone and some belongings which makes her situation worse. I am trying to understand why she does it and if there is a method to stop it. At this point, she says she does it when she is angry, stressed, or even simply bored. But at the same time she wants to quit... sometimes. Most therapists seem to focus on actions and lifestyle changes instead of actual medications. It's all very confusing and hard to understand how to best support her. I appreciate any sort of help.

Put to the test

So, I got the phone (oneplus 15), and it's amazing obviously. But, I realized I'm not a heavy user. I mostly use my phone to listen to audiobooks. I do scroll through YT, IG, etc. But, aside from it being great overall, I feel like I'm wasting its potential. How should I utilize it more? What are some really good features to activate or at least know about?
